End Of Convention Season 2007 | back to top...

Well, sadly that time has rolled around again when we park the Cypocryphy mobile for the rest of the year and take a break.Ý This year we did 16 showsÝin 10 cities, from the Great Lakes to the Florida swamps, from the Appalachians to the Ozarks.Ý We sold alot of posters, pin-ups and t-shirts (and stuff), met alot of fine folks and had a great time.Ý We have really made some great friends around the country over the last two years--you know who you are--and we look forward to seeing you all again soon.Ý But now we enter production season.Ý Of course we've got the holidays coming, but we're already working on new art that we can't wait to bring out on the road next year.Ý Richard Cook is on fire creating his new woodblock prints.Ý Robert Logue is finishing up two new posters and lining up pin-up models to shoot.Ý And we've got new ideas for someÝ other items we want to try as well.Ý So until next year--March, most likely--we will miss seeing our out-of-town friends, but you know where to find us.Ý And we've gotÝthis website, so use it!Ý Order safely through www.cypocryphy.com and if you saw an item at a show that you don't see on the website, e-mail us about it.Ý We are all about customer service. Thank you to everyone and Happy Holidays!

We just wrapped up a fun and successful return to Keith Age and the Louisville Ghost Hunters Society's Mid-South Paranormal Convention in Louisville, KY and are now kicking into high gear for Halloween season. October is going to be a crazy month for Cypocryphy.com. We've got 4 shows happening over three weekends this month, from the Great Lakes to the Florida swamps.

First up is Cinema Wasteland in Cleveland, Ohio, a show we've been waiting to get invited to for a long while. Then at mid-month, we're pulling double duty in two cities for the first time ever. Richard Cook will be keeping the home fires burning at Nashville's October Comic and Horror Festival while Robert Logue hits the highway south for our second appearance at Screamfest in Orlando, FL. The very next weekend Robert will be crossing the Mississippi for the first Full Moon Horror Con/Film Fest in Little Rock, AR. As things slow down toward November, we hope to go back into production mode and add some cool new items to our catalog.

Cypocryphy.com just returned from a great weekend at the 2007 Fright Night Film Fest in Louisville, Kentucky. Congratulations and thanks to Ken, Myra, Marc and everyone else involved in putting on a successful show. We debuted our new Talking Mystery Boards there and they were a hit. We are already looking forward to next year's show, and to our return to Louisville next month for the Mid-South Paranormal Convention. See you there!

Big news right now is that our website has had a complete overhaul and will now be up-to-date and looking like we always intended. Many thanks to Cypocryphy.com web man Brennan Swing for the hard work and the great design. So check in regularly to see what we're up to. Right now, we're about halfway through our convention season and we've had some great shows. The very first Horrorhound Weekend in Indianapolis was especially a blast, and of course Ben Dixon's Full Moon Tattoo and Horror Fest is always tops for us. Unfortunately we had to miss Flashback Weekend in Chicago this year but we hope to be back next summer. Coming up next is Fright Night Film Fest in Louisville, Kentucky, which looks like it's going to be a really fun one. Then in October, we'll be doing double duty for the first time ever. Marc Ballard's October Comic and Horror Fest in Nashville is one we never miss, so Richard Cook will be running the Cypocryphy booth there while Robert Logue returns to Screamfest in Orlando, Florida the same weekend. And we'll probably close out the fall with a much-anticipated return to Indianapolis for the second Horrorhound Weekend. In the meantime, we're renovating our work and studio space and preparing to add more cool items to our catalog. Up next will be our own custom Ouija boards, designed by Richard Cook and silk-screened by hand as usual. Also on deck are some cool new posters: mermaids, monster cars, Countess Bathory, and more. And with the new studio space, Robert should have new pin-ups forthcoming for you collectors out there, including one that, well, we just can't talk about yet!

THANKS FOR A GREAT 2006 CONVENTION SEASON!
Sadly, we have reached the end of our 2006 convention season. We did a dozen shows this year in 9 cities in 8 states. Tattoo shows, belly dance shows and of course horror cons. We had a blast, sold a lot of posters and made some great friends. We are now going to take the rest of 2006 off to create new art--more posters, of course, and also some smaller silk-screened pieces, more pin-ups, and t-shirts--and to spend some family time during the holidays. Thanks to everyone who took home Cypocryphy.com posters or pin-ups, and thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth for a chat. We can't wait to book more shows and get back out on the road in 2007. In the meantime, don't forget you can purchase posters and such through our ebay store or our website--links posted in the blog below this one. If you saw an item at a show and don't see it listed online, shoot us an e-mail through this page and we will make sure you get it. Thanks again, and see you out there somewhere in 2007!
